Why do I have to pay Association Fees? All owners are required to pay Association Fees as stated in the governing documents of the Meadows at Shawnee.  The fees are due annually.  For fiscal year 2026-2027, the fees are $195.00 and due by July 31, 2026.  Fees paid after July 31, 2026 will incur an additional late payment/administrative fee of $10.00, plus $.98 interest for a total of $205.98 to be paid no later than August 31, 2026. 

What do the Association Fees cover?
Association Fees pay for common area landscape maintenance, repair and maintenance of ponds and pond drainage, they provide for improvements desired by the Association, for administrative and legal services to the owners.

How do I pay the Association Fees?
The payment portal has been deactivated and can no longer be used. Payments by check, bank cashier's check or money order should be payable to the Meadows at Shawnee HOA Inc. and mailed to: Meadows at Shawnee HOA Inc. PO Box 475 Milford, DE 19963
