The Board of Directors may, by resolution or resolutions passed by a majority of the whole Board, designate one or more committees. Such committees shall have and may exercise the powers of the Board of Directors to the extent as provided in such resolution or resolutions. Currently Meadows A Shawnee Homeowners Association has designated three committees to provide advice and assistance to the Board of Directors in executing its responsibilities. The current committees are: the Architectural, the Grounds and the Neighborhood Watch.
