Why do I have to pay Association Fees?
All owners are required to pay Association Fees as stated in the governing documents of The Meadows At Shawnee.   The fees are due annually.  :  For the fiscal year 2024-2025, the fees are $160 and due by July 31, 2024.

What do the Association Fees cover?
Association Fees pay for common area landscape maintenance, repair and maintenance of ponds and pond drainage, they provide for improvements desired by the Association, for administrative and legal services to the owners.

How do I pay the Association Fees?
Presently, owners may elect to pay their Association Fees via personal check, bank cashier’s check or money order.
