| Architectural Committee
The Architectural Committee provides advice to the Board of Directors concerning the compatibility and compliance of any Architectural Request form submitted by a homeowner to make modifications, on any lot, subject to the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants. The committee is charged to base all of its recommendations upon a just and equitable application of the HOA’s restrictions.
Changes: on any lot, subject to the DECLARATIONS OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS in the section "By Laws & Restrictions" above.
Below is the necessary request form to the Architectural Committee to be completed and approved prior to submitting a permit request to the City of Milford:
