Welcome

The Meadows at Shawnee is a deed-restricted Homeowners Association community of 183 private single family residential homes established in 2004. It is located between Delaware State Highway Route 1 and Rehoboth Boulevard in Milford, Delaware (recently named by Kiplinger's Magazine as the best city in Delaware in which to live), approximately 20 miles south of Dover and 20 miles north of Delaware's resort beaches.

NOTICE TO HOMEOWNERS:

Attendance at the annual meeting by all homeowners is preferred so you can vote in person for the new FY2027 Budget and Board of Directors. If you cannot attend the meeting, please submit a Proxy Ballot to Tom Chilton at 38 Meadow Lark Drive. Orange-colored Ballots were included in the Annual Meeting Packets that were mailed to all owners at the end of May.
