The Meadows at Shawnee is a deed-restricted Homeowners Association community of 183 private single family residential homes established in 2004. It is located between Delaware State Highway Route 1 and Rehoboth Boulevard in Milford, Delaware (recently named by Kiplinger's Magazine as the best city in Delaware in which to live), approximately 20 miles south of Dover and 20 miles north of Delaware's resort beaches.

NOTICE OF A NEW PAYMENT PORTAL ON HOA WEBSITE:

From June 18 to July 31, 2026, homeowners will be able to pay their annual dues through a new payment portal available on the HOA website.  This allows payment by credit card, debit card or bank-to-bank transfer.  A convenience fee of $6.13 will be added to the $195.00 annual dues for a total charge of $201.13.  The payment portal button can be found via the link above in this paragraph, as well as on the "Financials" page on the website.  For those not using the Payment Portal, homeowners can continue to pay their $195.00 dues by check or cash.  After July 31, 2026, the Payment Portal will be deactivated and homeowner(s) will incur an additional late payment/administrative fee of $10.00, plus $.98 interest, for a total due of $205.98 to be paid by check or cash by August 31.   Checks should be payable and remitted to:  Meadows at Shawnee HOA Inc., P.O. Box 475, Milford, DE 19963.
